First time you do weights, you get sore all over.
But after 4-5days it stops hurting and wont hurt again as long as you regularly train those muscles.

I would say you train triceps, chest and shoulders on one day, then 2nd day your biceps+back, then 3rd your legs +cardi (running etc).

That way, if one gets sore, youre training the next bits anyway.

But yeah, you should be fine even if youre sore :)
Go workout :)

Im sure you should be ok. I posted a similar question and people are really helpful out there. Thanks guys...

After working out on specific muscle areas, they need 24-48 hours of rest to repair themselves. I wouldn't advise it if you haven't fully rested otherwise you'll just put more wear and tear on your muscles. If you have rested, stretch out and start off very lightly. Sometimes you need to just get past the first set before getting into the mood.

It can cause damage if you over over do it. If you have a workout routine, then you usually aren't completely rested by the time you work that muscle out again. Professional weightlifters have never completely recovered when they start their next workout. Being sore is okay, but still remember to pay attention to your body's needs
