How can I lose weight in about 2 months with no gym equiptment?!


Question: I`m a little bit heavy for my height and age and I would really like to lose some weight.
I have no gym equiptment at my house to help me with this goal.

That is very easy, as i have done it before.

1. Avoid dessert items such as cakes, cookies, ect..

2. "Go light" by trying your favorites in reduced or low fat, you will get to eat the food you want, and gain fewer grams of fat and less calories.
***keep in mind that just because something is 1/2 fat, doesnt mean you need to eat it doubled!***

3.add about 100 crunches to your schedual before dinner. do good quality crunches in sets of 25, or what ever works best for you. also, go for a BRISK 10-15 minute walk after dinner to burn up those calories, and prevent you from feeling bloated. one really good excersise for the legs are squats, you just squat down as much as you can, and then plop back up.

snack list:

-100 calorie packs
-fruits
-veggies (with light dressing)
-PB and J on rice cakes or whole grain bread(pb is fatty, but it is good fat, but an over dose can do you harm... and try low suger jelly, it has fewer calories, but really good flavor, not sour.)
-reduced fat oreos/ chips ahoy
-fig newtons (in any flavor, and fat free isnt neccessary, it is alreay a low fat food)

chocolate or other indulgences:

-marshmellows
-20 choco chips + 2 tsp. water, microwave, and use a fondue
-low fat or fat free carmel dip
-dryers (not bryers) slow churned 1/2 fat ice cream, it is just as good as the original
-candied almonds (1:1 sugar to almonds on a dry skillet- 10 minutes)

well, i hope my advice will halp you achieve you goal, and make sure you have self confidence, dont try to loose all the weight in a short period of time because the results will last for only a little bit of time. if you take you time, and stock to a plan that is easy for you, you will have long-lasting results


after you have achieved your goal, dont go back to your normal patter, try to excersice, and make healthy eating a part of your everyday life..

change your diet, cut down on fat and on your calorie intake. do crunches, leg raises, reverse crunches, and some pushups. also go for jogs in your neighborhood.

same as the first guy who answered... but 4 the diet i would say only go eating salads that have a little meat in them and then have a fruit every 2 hours...have a good day!!!

drink nothing but lemon juice, water, maple syrup, and keyene pepper...... my dad's a personal trainer and he did that and lost 14 pounds in a week... (it detoxes all the fats out of your body...)

you don't need a gym to exercise. brisk walk but start off slow your first time, do minute jump roping and jumping jacks they work your whole body or climb your stairs if you have them in your home. those things are free, or you can buy workout videos, 5 pound hand weights to work out arms. Do things you can commit to do daily. Don't forget to ch age your eating habits
