How can I lose inches off my waist, and inner/outer thighs?!


Question: DONT say running or all this cardio and eat healthy cause I already do that and I eat healthy so don't say that! What can I do? I dont wanna do diet pills, and tips?

Try doing weight training... it will tone your legs very well... do light weight, lots of reps..

have you tried toning? push ups, benches? that works for me, even though when i ran track i lost a lot of my inner thighs
