theres not all that much that u can do...just kepp eating healthy and working out...good luck.

if you think that youre doing everything right and you dont lose any weight..try going to the doctor.
if you eat healthy and do exercise..its not like losing weight is going to happen overnight though..that does sound kind of strange, so going to the doctor is your best bet if youve been on a healthy diet for a long time now.

Try interval exercise. Walk at a comfortable pace to start out with and then intersperse that with periods of more intense activity--power walking or even jogging. You could try even intervals of walking to power walking, say for example, five minutes of each. Or 5 minutes of walking to 1-2 minutes of jogging.

I have asthma too, and one of the best ways to avoid an attack (especially during exercise) is to keep your breathing very controlled. Absolutely do NOT allow yourself to take big, deep, heavy breaths. Keep your breathing shallow -- even if it's quick breaths. (It feels awkward, I know, but one of the reasons your body triggers an asthma attack is because you're getting too much oxygen.)

And if during those intense periods of activity, you just can't take the shallow breaths anymore, take one deep breath and then go back to shallow breathing.

Maybe you should have your thyroid checked. Could be a medical issue. You should be doing cardio at 5 to 6 days a week for 20 to 30 mins a day. I don't know how much you can do with the asthma but maybe you can do brisk walking. Try Leslie Sansone. She has great walking dvd's that you can do at home. I'ts brisk walking and you can get them at wal-mart for around 15 to 20 bucks.

welll it all depends on what you consider healthy eating. Try not eating dairy, and breads at all. Food is 85% of weight loss. Maybe you have a foods allergy that's making you gain weight. I thought i was eating super healthy but i wasnt losing any weight, like you, then i went to the dr and he told me i had a wheat allergy and if i kept eating it i would never lose weight, and as soon as i stopped the weight fell off.

You should also try weights. they DONT bulk you up and the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism works. If you have muscle its harder to gain weight, and you burn calories by doing absolutely nothing.

firstly it depends on what type of cardio u do....
lets say treadmill to see better results keep varying the speed don't do it in on the same speed for the complete time...
and also cardio can get REALLY boring...
so keep doing different types of cardio so that u don't get bored and also for maximum results do cardio as soon as u wake up on an empty stomach....
try this plan u will surely see results
monday-treadmill or walking for 30 min on different speeds walk then jog and so on
Tuesday-cycling for 30 min at different speeds
Wednesday-the most fun and effective cardio skipping buy a skipping rope and do it for 15 min (1 min and then 30 sec rest, peepy varying the rest and skipping time)
Thursday-same as Monday
Friday-same as Wednesday
Saturday-swimming
Sunday-rest
do all this as soon as u wake up on an empty stomach and after finishing try not to eat anything for 30 min...
