You need to eat about 1300 calories per day to lost 2lbs per week. If you want to maintain, you should eat about 1600 - 1700. So, if you want to lose weight, and you're burning 300 calories per day, you will stick to 1300 net, which would mean you would actually eat 1600 calories because you need to eat what you burn since you're already intaking few enough calories to lose weight with diet alone.

no, it will only make you more hungry.

i dont believe that your body will go into starvation mode. i like how you left two days to rest... and your 'perfect weight' is 140, +/- 5. so youre right on track!
when your resting, maybe when ur watchign tv or something, do crunches to get rid of the belly. good luck!

no it wont

It depends on your metabolism and the amount of glycogen in your liver. Since your liver can hold approx. 3 hrs of glycogen at one time it's a good idea to space out your eating regimen (ie. small meal every 3 hours or so)
If you don't supply your liver with glycogen your body's metabolic rate slows down.
By the sounds of your diet/exercise plan you should lose inches as long as you eat at the right times. Make sure that you do avoid going into starvation mode, though! Entering starvation mode causes your metabolism to slow down and it takes a looooong time to bring it back to normal.

Good luck!
