Burning 1000 calories and eating healthy everyday... will I lose weight?!


Question: So before I was eating 1000 calories and burning 1000 everyday for about 5 days, I lost 3 pounds but ended up getting sick =/ ... So I'm curious now.. If I still eat healthy and do not count my calories... Will I still lose weight by burning 1000 calories everyday?

How many pounds can I lose in 4 weeks? (Spring break=Florida!)

I am 16, 5'3" and weigh 126lbs =)

It sounds to me like your a healthy weight to be...
Burning 1000 calories a day is dangerous, Especially if your eating less then this, Why dont you consume at least 1200/1500 calories each day and burn around 600/700 calories? You can guarantee to lose at least 3 pounds per week this way, Just keep it up, make sure your eating healthy, Allow yourself a treat sometime too, It wont hurt you, And do plenty of exercise! that is the key! :) Good luck and enjoy your spring break! :)

burning 1,000 calories, you CAN lose weight if you take in less than that. but you dont need to. no more than 6 lbs!

How were you burning 1000 calories a day at that weight?! You must've been working out hard for hours.

Go on the Atkins Diet for four weeks and then modify it into regular, improved eating habits. If you excercise too, you'll lose weight, get stronger, feel better, be healthier and look better. Check with your doctor before starting any weight-loss/exercise program.

From my experience and judging your condition,I say 10lbs.

please talk to a nutritionist or your doctor...my feeling is eating so little and burning so much is dangerous to your health. In addition, you are a healthy weight for you height. You can safely lose 1 to 2 lbs per week taking at most of 8 lbs. this is a dangerous game to play with your health. You need to eat atleast 1200 calories. Bikini season isnt worth it. Take care.
