I'm trying to lose at least 50lbs and my arms look like I can fly when I wig!
Question: For all you trainers/exercise experts out there, can I get rid of the fat in my arms and get them toned up??? I know there is no spot reducing but I am excercising for my entire body but is there anything more I can do for my arms without having surgery??? I only work out at home and have all the weights and barbells I need.

Your right in the fact that spot reducing doesn't work, but toning and firming does.
As you continue with your healthy diet (you are on a healthy diet-right?) and with your exercise plan, you can do additional arm work to help firm up your arms.
I put a link below for an article titled "How to get rid of these flappy bat wing arms" and I think that it exactly the information that you need. Just remember that it does take time and there is a possibility that you won't be able to get arms like steel, but they will look nice.
