lots of fruits and vegies. mostly apples, and the green vegies ex salad, brocolii, sweet potatoes, cucumber, carrots, whole foods like these will fill you up alot more than those 100cal packs. also if you spread a small amount of peanut butter on that apple it will fill u up even more
granola bars, yogurts, V8 fruit juice, nuts, eat more often, drink more water
low carb, high protein foods
protein. you can try nuts, non-fat or low-fat cheese, chicken, protein shakes.
