Which beer or whiskey has the most fiber?!
Question: my doctor told me i need more fiber in my diet. with my high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, and weight problem fiber would help me. i really need to know if they make a special beer or whiskey with the added health benefits of fiber? i tried to google this and couldn't find a thing.

Well if you've got a problem sh!ttin, then your best bet is to buy the cheapest whiskey possible. I find that if I've been backed up a couple days, a 40oz'er of Black Velvet will clear me right out. As far as beer goes, go for something strong, but not to heavy, maybe a couple bottles of Old English?

hey thanks for letting me know that fiber helps with weight issues. I too need more fiber I guess. I know I tried drinking Zima once and had the runs something horrible so I think Zima is full of fiber.
Who cares which has more fiber. Drink whatever you prefer and just ad Metamucil to it. It isn't supposed to have any taste to it so you won't know the difference!
