How to gain weight healthily?!


Question: I'm five seven and weight only 102 pounds, i'm not anorexic though. Gaining weight for me is extremely difficult for me because i'm gluten intolerant and have a dairy allergy. Does anyone have tips for me on how to gain healthy weight?

You have a fast metabolism it sounds like.
The metabolism is normally described as the chemical reactions that occur in living organisms in order to maintain life. Now your body is a living organism. When you eat your metabolism has more maintanence calories then other people. Just like fat people lets say for example. There metabolism is slower bassically meaning they need less calories in order to maintain themselves. Therefor the extras are stored as fat. Since your metabolism if fast meaning it needs more maintenence calories. You can't gain weight very easy. You could be one of those naturally skinny people. There is no way of changing your BMR. Your BMR is your "basic Metabolic Rate"
Your BMR is given to you through genes. If your family can't gain weight then you can't either. Often people who gain weight have a faster Anabolism "a part of the metabolism that builds" Your metabolism most likely has a slower Anabolism in it or it simply needs more calories to maintain. One or the other.

1.Go to marry and enjoy first. 2. every day three times take godd starch oriented food.3. Night time before sleeping drink juce, any kind of juce and dont forget bed exercise regularly
