yes its possible the more you weigh the faster it comes of the first couple months then it slows down, the average weight lose in a month is 10 pound with dieting and exercising, now since you are going on a liquid diet that will really help out, my aunt was a size 14 jeans and 4 months later she was a size 2.

good luck hope it helps

No, that would not be healthy at all.

if someone could loose 40 pounds a month, their lucky

well, i dont think you will be able to lose that much in 1 month. but you could lose between 10-14 pounds. if you lose alot in 1 month, you'll most likely gain it back, and it wouldnt be very healthy. just eat lots of veggies, whole grains, lean protein, drink lots of water, and workout 5-6 times a week.

yah if ur a hardcore anorexic... BUT DONT GET ANY IDEAS!

No. I lost 40 pounds in 2005 and it took me 3 months.

You certainly could do it, but not healthy at all! It would come back SO fast anyways!

It would be mostly water weight. You would have to exercise over 8 hours a day to lose 40lbs of fat in one month.

i do not think this is healthy or possible to do that. at that rate you'd be losing ten pounds a week.. that's not healthy. in three monthes i'm sure you could acheive your goal if you stick to working out and eating healthy...not a liquid diet.. you would die or just not be healthy at all. exersicising an hour in the morning and an hour at night will probably be more effective because if you do it all at once you will get very sick and tired of it very fast and you won't want to do it or you'll just think..wow i worked out that long yesterday and now i want to treat myself.. you can't let yourself have "treats" no matter what anyone says .. because that's what gets in deep trouble. good luck

it is not likely.
sorry.
best of luck.
:b

If you dont have medical and cannot seek professional advice, then go to WebMD and seek the answers there, otherwise I would say you could if you were doing drugs, but thats not healthy,

.No the most weight you should loose a week is 2 pounds, if you try to loose weight fast you will gain it back quickly
