Weightlifting diet!?!?!?!?!

Question: have a question. I was told that I could take my pro complex protein shake as a meal replacement.I know it is healthier to eat 6 small meals rather than 3 large meals so my question is would it be alright to have 3 protein shakes a day (eaten as snack:before lunch/after workout, before dinner, and before bed)? I would be lifting and doing interval training 3-4 days a week. Also what would my results be(loss or gain of weight)?

of course its ok. most people dont have time to sit down and eat 6 meals a day anyway so squeezing in protein shakes whever you can is more than ok. as long as your meals are adequate and you are getting enough protein then your gains should be on their way. dont forget that you dont make gains in the gym, you make them as you sleep so make sure you are getting enough rest. i would say 8-10 hours a night would be excellant if possible

All, and I mean, All, depends on calories burned vs calories consumed.

You're obviously concerned about your body. Do yourself a huge favor and educate yourself about proper nutrition, calorie management, and exercise. Then you can answer this question very accurately for yourself. Nobody on here can with assurance because we don't know enough about you.

And, by the way, you really don't need all that extra protein unless your goal is to be Mr. Universe. Just make sure a couple meals a day include a serving of meat. Less trouble, taste better, and lighter on the wallet.

Good luck.
