Is needing to wear a size 10 pants normal for a woman who is 5'4 and 126lbs?!

no i would not say so. size 10 is actually pretty average. it is just that nowadays many women prefer to buy smaller sizes and don't care how uncomfortable they are. plus it depends on your weight distribution. one of my friends is lighter than i am and shorter and 2 sizes bigger in pants. it just depends on body proportions.

yes it seems like you should be wearing a smaller size. i am 5'2" and i used to be 118 pounds and i wore a size 4ish. i'm now 113 and wear a 1 or a 2
It depends on how wide her hips are. Babies have a way of making them spread. If it's a major concern, it shouldn't be.
i am 5'2, 130 pounds and in size 2/4, i have pair size 2 jean shorts with plenty wiggle room, i have a pair of 4/6 track pants and they are kinda of big on me, then i have a pair of size 4 jeans that fit my perfectly, depends on your frame size and style clothes. my measurements are 36-28-34
It does seem a bit strange, but maybe your hips are larger in proportion to the rest of your body? I have a friend who is 5'1, 123 lbs, and she wears a size 2-4, so go figure. She's a little chunky in the arms and legs, though, so that's probably where the weight comes from. Anyway, your weight is alright for your height, but if your self consciouses about it, maybe a diet would help.
yeah it does depend how wide your hips are and how big your booty is.
but 10 does seem rather large. i have close to that weight and height.
i wear anything from a size 2 to a size 5. depends if it jeans, skirt, dress.
