3-4 pounds in 11 days?!


Question: i just started my diet am 121 pounds and want to get down to about 114 pounds but i have a party in 11 days so i was wondering if its possible that i'd b able to lose 3-4 pounds by then?
i eat around 1500 calories and walk 30 mins 4 days a week 40 mins 1 day and 40 mins of tennis

is it possible?

i think youll have to go a bit harder for those results.
those calories are fine.
walk for 30mins everday
40mins of tennis everyday or every 2nd day
and exercise whenever possible.
you might be able to do it on your diet.
but to ensure the weight loss ^^ thats the best idea.
and you are a good weight anyway, so it will be harder to get off.

yea just stop drinkin anykind of soda or juice even vitamin water sobe gatorade powerade just dont drink it even crystal light and instead drink water that makes you lose weight really fast too along with a diet like yours

It is possible to lose that much, but you really need to pay better attention to what your calories are not how many you are eating!
