Extreme diet question(s)!?!

Question: I feel so fat and I ate so much white foods and sugar today. And I binged when I got home. I've totaled 1,115 calories today and I was only supposed 2 eat 800. And I tried to puke but only mucas came up and I am gonna go running but my hip hurts and I don't wanna make it worse and I don't know what to do and I was gonna starve myself tomorrow and Friday but like how do I fool my parents? I was thinking going into my room to "eat dinner" and then hiding it?
And if I do starve myself do I need to excersice because I know I might like faint or something so I don't know.

starving yourself is not a good idea for losing weight. to lose the most amount of weight the healthiest way, I suggest:

-no sweets. trust me, after a while it won't be such a big deal. and when the pounds start sliding off, you won't care.
-smaller portions. if you eat a lot, try eating slowly or stopping before you get full. usually a portion of food the size of your fist three times a day is enough food.
-exercise. walking a mile a day is good, try listening to your favorite music or whatever.
-when possible, eat vegetables and fruits. if you're hungry between meals, eat an apple or a banana. that way you're getting calories, but they're better for you than a snack that's filled with saturated fats.
-stay away from complex carbs (white bread, ramen noodles, white rice) and fatty foods. if you want a good resource for what kinds of foods are high in CALORIES, look at this:
http://www.wisegeek.com/what-does-200-ca... the highest in calories are near the bottom.

if you really really want to lose weight, you can eat nothing but salads and protein shakes and exercise for an hour (with varying workouts that integrate cardio and weight training) every day. but it sounds like you don't have the willpower for that, so I suggest starting small. you won't lose huge amounts of weight super fast, but you'll be healthier in the long run.

I once starved myself and exercised every day for a month and I fainted in the middle of a conversation. it's not a good idea. you can lose a lot of weight without starving yourself, and if you starve yourself, you're only going to end up hungry and wanting more food. all the weight I lost I eventually gained back and twice as much because I was so hungry all the time, and I gained more weight because my body thought I was starving and needed more fat reserves. I think it's because my metabolism slowed down? but anyway. I'm still trying to lose the weight I gained when I starved myself for just one month 5 years ago. it was one of the poorest decisions I've ever made.

discipline will make you lose weight. picture every cookie as a pound of fat. do and think anything to make eating the wrong thing or too much of something unappealing. remember - you can always throw food away. if you can afford to eat that much food, you can also afford to throw some of it away. don't be bothered if you don't finish what's on your plate.

you're only 77? I'm 182 at 5'6". you have an extreme disorder if you think at that weight you are fat. if you are young, keep in mind that limiting your caloric intake in your early years can lead to terrible problems later on. I have an anorexic friend who has a bone disorder because she didn't get enough protein and calcium when she was younger. eat a balanced diet, and exercise at least three times a week, and you should lose those 7 pounds in a month. but you really shouldn't set 70 as your weight goal - if you're growing, you're going to gain much more weight in size, not fat, by the time you're an adult. an adult of your weight and height would be considered unhealthily thin. http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ use the bmi as a rough estimate of how much you should weigh. according to the bmi, you should weigh at least 86 pounds to be considered normal weight. that's not to say gain weight, that's just to say keep a healthy idea of how fat you really are.

anorexia is a mental disorder. the voice saying don't eat is very very dangerous, and not healthy. normal people don't have that. you are anorexic. you've thought about starving yourself - that's enough to qualify. please consider counseling. your relationship to food is unhealthy, and you know it is. your body image is unhealthy. you should talk to a doctor.

this changes nothing of my advice that I gave you when I thought you were overweight. at the point at which you stop losing weight while doing the things I've told you to do, you are at a healthy weight for you. there are people whose metabolisms are different - they eat more food, but burn up the energy faster. you could be one of those people.

what concerns me is that you think you're fat and you are in fact, by national standards, significantly underweight. this is a direct sign of anorexia, and you should be aware of the danger you are in. you need to develop a healthy relationship to food - one in which you eat when you're hungry, but not too much or the wrong foods. when you do this, you will be a healthy weight.

believe me when I say that other people cannot possibly see you as fat. whoever told you this, you should stop talking to them and keep your self-image in check before you do serious harm to yourself.

obviously youre not a real extreme dieter if you eat sugar and white foods. check out thinspiration sites, even though eating disorders are so wrong.

You probably wont faint if you make sure to drink water because eating nothing makes thirst go away.

Ugh... please, do yourself a favour, and DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. I eat 2200 calories a day, and I'm fit and able...

It sounds to me like you have a problem to be honest... never starve yourself, just get a good balance of fruit and veggies, and if you DO have one of those days, eat very slightly less for the next few days, then resume your normal diet.

You should be eating at least 1000 calories anyway. Why are you in such a hurry - i think you need to take a chill pill.

You need to seek professional help, anorexia is a mental disorder.

Unless you are 10 or 11 yrs old, i dont think u should weigh 77 lbs!! EATING DISORDERS ARE SO BAD FOR U!
Food is not something that just fills u up, it provides you with energy so if u starve yourself there is no way u will be able to exercise anyway.

You have got to be kidding me???? First of all 79 lbs and your 4'9? That is not fat....Anyway...starving yourself will only make it worse because if you dont eat your metabolism slows way down its like not putting logs on a fire eventually the fire will do out (metabolism)..then once you eat anything after a few days or a while of starving yourself your metabolism is not working like it should because if hasnt needed to...your metabolsim will be super slow and you will gain more weight....the only good thing to do is maintain a well balanced diet and exercise....thats the only way to stay slim and maintain a healthy lifestyle....So if you do end up eating cake or something do an extra mile on the tready you can have some sweets just remember everything on moderation and you def dont want to puke up dinner....thats a whole other problem in itself and can lead to much more serious complications

You need to let your parents know that you've been concerned about your weight and have been struggling with dieting. They can take you to a nutritionist or doctor who can help you create a healthy diet plan.

Honestly, I think you're sick right now and you need to come clean to yourself and your parents about your budding eating disorder. You are very thin at 77 pounds...your BMI already places you at significantly underweight.

Anorexia, bulimia and binging are serious disorders which often times lead to an early death. Please seek help while you can.
