they only way you are going to tone up would be to start doing cardio. i would recommend at least 5 days a week but no more than 20 minutes per day b/c any longer and your body will go into a catabolic state in which it breaks down muscle for fuel.

you have to eat healthier, so that you have less body fat and then you'll be able to see the muscle youve built.

cant eat too much junk food n u have to work out and really want it in order to get it.

Muscle IS toned. The "tonedness" you are referring to is the striation in the muscle tissue. Your problem is most likely that you have too much body fat to see your muscles completely. In this case if you've been lifting weights already you should start doing some cardio and reducing your caloric intake per day slightly. This will help you burn off that layer of fat thats sitting on top of your muscles preventing you from seeing them in their full glory. 2-3x a week at a fairly high intensity for 30minutes should get you where you want to be in a couple months depending on how much fat you have to drop.

cut back on fatty foods then lift semi heavy wieghts so that ur not strainen by the tenth rep but enough wieght to make ur muscles burn lots of cardio work outs stay active as much as possible u should be just about to break a sweat
