HARD 10points PLEASE HELP ANSWER?!


Question: hey does any one know if its true that if you apply minerial oil on your body before you go in the sauna it helps you sweat more? also I heard if you but sugar on your face in the sauna its suppose to make your skin better.... I DONT KNOW IT ALL SOUNDS SILLY...but if it works shout I will try.....

Gee I'm a 62 year old guy, I don't thing any of that stuff would help me.
I do look better from far away though.
