Question: are apple cinnamon cheerios healthy? i find the regular tastes too plain. I don't want to be eating junky sugar cereal in the morning though. thanks

If it's Cheerios, I'm guessing it's fine. It's probably not as good for you as the plain version, but good for you none the less. If you want to really want to be sure though, you can mix both boxes of cereal together. This way, you still get the sweetness while still getting the goodness of the plain version.
Yes they are healthy, and good for your heart.
well i looked on calorie-count.com and it gave apple cinnamon cheerios a B- which isnt that good especially for a breakfast choice. its very very high in sugar...13 grams! and you have to keep in mind that a serving is 3/4 cup...thats nothing, definitely not equivalent to what a normal person eats in a bowl of cereal. i would suggest kashi go lean crunch. it is high in sugar but gives you so many more benefits....like high protein and fiber which are the two main things you should look for in a cereal. it got an A- on calorie-counter.com
