An exersise question?!
Question: Right ya know how you do crunches (sit ups) well if you stand up and bend down does that make the same effect? I tried this today and i realised that it still tightens your stomach but is much easier to do and less pain for your neck... My question is, does this still work the same way? x

No, it wouldn't work the same way. However, if you lay on you back and put your feet straight up in the air and crunch, it doesn't appear to put as much pressure on your neck and back. try it sometime.
