I have not been on weight watchers, but have been helping people who have for years.

The reason they don't list any fruits or vegetables is because of the fact that unprocessed produce has very little fat content.

It is good to have a good amount of vegetables and fruit with any diet, and it can be really helpful to eat some produce to curb cravings. (eating vegetables often is a good choice because of the fact that it doesn't build enough fat to be harmful, but it still stimulates your metabolism if you eat it often enough, note that you don't have to eat A LOT, just often)

As for water, it is also extremely important for your metabolism, try and have at least 4 cups a day.

Dairy is important in moderation, because it can build fat like nothing else if you consume it way too much, but if you have 2-3 servings a day you should be fine.
