Yes, but I wouldn't call it home-schooling. I'd call it *tutoring*.

You have a lot of options for tutoring:

1 - Many schools have tutoring programs. *Contact your school* and ask them about this. Explain your situation.

Many of the tutors that schools hire are volunteering or doing it as freelance work. They are generally the kinds of people who go out of their way for people. I'm sure somebody from the school's tutoring program - assuming it has one - would be willing to work with you in-home. Just explain your situation.

Your options broaden if you are able to leave your home for, say, an hour-long tutoring session. If you are able to leave for limited periods of time, you may even be able to get tutoring at the school you attend during after-school hours. Perhaps even with the very teachers whose classes you need help in (it could happen).

2 - It may be best to *contact your teacher(s)* directly. They may be more likely to know of good tutoring options for their particular subject.

3 - If there are local colleges nearby, contact them to see if they have any students willing to tutor you in the subjects you need help in (math is a big one. there are *lots* of math tutors at colleges).

College students are always looking for ways to make some cash, and tutoring is a popular way of doing that. Some colleges also require their students to acquire "community service hours," and tutoring is a popular way for students to accomplish this as well.

For this reason, many colleges publish job postings on community bulletin boards for their students to peruse. Whatever college(s) you contact, ask them if they have such a bulletin and if you can post something about your need for in-home tutoring.

Ask if you can advertise it as a way for students to accumulate "community service hours". If that is not an option, advertise it as a paid job.

4 - Search the yellow pages for tutors and ask them if they can do in-home.

Get well soon!

Lol, sorry but that's dumb

yes..because if you miss a lot of school..and dont understand a thing u mite have to stay back a year..and that is NOT good.
