Im 14 years old & 185 pounds?!


Question: Im 14 years old and I weigh 185 pounds
Its not that Im fat, but im big Im 5 ft 9 and I have incredibly strong legs which help me push about 800 pounds at school(Ive been working my legs since I was 4 years old)
I have a srong chest pretty big arms and a big back, also my cavs are very big. I play almost every sport and have about 5 hrs of hard activity a day not including my work out, BUT i have one problem I have this big humongous gut sticking out of me. I have strong abs and all but my dumb fatness covers it all. What should I do ?
How many meals should I eat a day?
What work outs should I do and are raw eggs good?

What food is a good source of protein?
And What should I do to pump my abs because 50 crunches a day just doesnt seem to work
PLEASE HELP IM IN NEEEEED OF A FLAT STOMACHE

Hi!
Keep eating three meals a day for then your body knows when it is next going to be fed, for if you miss out breakfast for instance your body then doesnt know when it will be fed again and so will store extra fat, making you gain weight.
In terms of raw eggs, they are very high in carbs and protiens, and so i guess they are good because carbs fuel your muscles and protein is good for growth and repair. They are really good because if you think about it, they were what the baby chick in the egg could eat, and was the only thing and so therefore had to have all the nutrients to help the embryo grow. The only risk with eating raw eggs apart from the fact they dont taste good is SALMONELA, a deadly bacteria and so make sure you only eat eggs without a cracked shell and wash the outside of the egg before you open it.
If you want a toned stomach, there are lots of types of exercises and stretches you can do. Try lying on the floor face up and then just lifting your legs up just above the floor. Then try sit ups but instead of just normal sit ups try lifting you legs up above the floor a little bit higher this time and then do the sit ups with your legs up. Also do sit ups to the side...
