I drink a day monday -friday 2- 1.5 liters of water, is that good or do I need m!

Well the doctors says 8 cups of water a day!

too much will drown you though.. but i think that has to be a lot... and they proved that the drinking 8 glasses a day doesnt make you skinnier -iif thats the reason why you drink it

they say 8 glasses a day.i dont think many people drink that.you can include decaf coffee and tea though.also i have heard you are supposed to sip not gulp because sipping gets it into your body better.

I think that's good..you should be drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day which comes out to about 2.5 liters. But you are exerting a lot of activity or if it's very hot where you live of course you could use more water.

(Are you going to put down fires somewhere?)
That's alright drinking 2 1.5 of water,my doctor said too to me.It purified you enough and that's healthy.Early morning,drink more so your kidneys get clean immediately.

TEENS drink at lest 7-8 glasses of water adults add on a cup or depending on ur size u should take ur weight and divide it by 12 ... also possibly depending upon medical conditions call and ask a local nutritionist

Around 1.5 litres a day is the recommended amount. You may also need to drink some on saturday and sunday :)

That depends. What do you drink on Sat and Sun? You may be undoing all that good work.
