Does losing sweat mean losing fat itself?!

Question: Please do answer in detail so I'll know whether that sweat comes from the water you intake or in the body fat that you have.

Your body produces sweat from water and salt, not from fat.

Sweating during exercise can be a good sign that you are working at a high intensity, which means you're burning off calories and possibly fat. But the act of sweating, itself, does not burn fat.

Sitting in a sauna will not burn fat but it may temporarily reduce the appearance of water bloat and make you look a bit leaner.

sweating has nothing to do with calories burned. Some people just sweat more than others.

it comes from the water you intake.

however, the large padding of squishy fat is like a large coat around your body, so being very fat, you will be a lot hotter than a skinny person, and you will likely sweat a lot more when you do even a little bit of exercise.

nope, sweat is composed of salt and water, all you lose when you sweat is water, and of course you need to replace it. Exercise itself burns calories and raises your body temperature in the process, sweating is your body's automatic mechanism to cool itself off.

It means you are losing water

No sweat is just well sweat not fat.

naw!

I don't think so. Today I was doing a math test and I was sweating. I don't think that I was losing fat. Well, I don't have enough fat. 6.8%. I do lots of exercise. run run run. For me, sweating stops my pimples. Now I got lazy and don't run anymore, and pimples are coming out. When I do run, they would go away after a while.

your not losing fat you are losing the liquids in your body. When you sweat you loose weight.

Sweat also cleans your skin.

Make sure you always drink enough water so you still have enough liquids in your body.
