Crunches work mostly the mid & upper abs .
Add into your workout reverse crunches with brining you knees to your chest
And
heel taps or a twisting crunch ( elbow to knee ) to work your obliques
Do what you can just remember do them last if you are doing any other resistance work so your core strength isn't compromised ( tired out) before you lift weights
start with 20, then slowly increce the number
yes but you have to eat healthy and exersice the rest of your body
