What changes I make to my workout to get more gains?!
Question: I workout monday through friday
I have been doing this workout for about 6 months
Monday- bench, squat
tuesday- boxing, yoga
wednesday- power clean, deadlift
thursday- boxing, yoga
friday- sprints, jumping drills
I weigh 205, bench 315, squat 420, power clean 255, deadlift 550...my 40 is 4.61, and my vertical jump is 31
This is good but, I have been at a plateau for the last two months. What changes should i make

Give me your whole routine...sets reps rest...i'll hook you up
u don't have a work out. where is upper body? except bench? one exercise is not enough for a work out. 3 exercises per body part, 2 body parts per one day is the golden basic rule. u just do 1 basic exercise per body part and this is it. it just helps u to be in shape, nothing else
