Is this enough exercise to help with weight loss & tone up?!
Question: hiya. i've got some cardio machines at home and some weights. i do 40 mins cardio and then about twenty mins weights and toning exercises. i've been doing this 3 times a week and struggle to fit in much more ( i do at least half hours walking every day too ) . i'm trying to lose weight and generally tone up - is this enough ? thanks

yes 3 times a week is enough, you need time for your body to rest so training every day is not good for you. When your muscles tone up they weigh a lot more than the fat you loose so don't use the scales to judge your progress, use the mirror to see how much better you look, a well toned slim body will weigh as much as an unhealthy overweight one.
i dont know if this is enough but surely any exercise is better than none so well done & keep up the good work
It will help abit but you really need to get to a proper gym and work out at least 3-4 times a week for two hours.
If combined with calorie control... yes.
Depends what you eat but thats quite a lot. Do you break into a sweat when you do your cardio?
I would say so,
wish I had the same
just eat the right foods aswell and you will do well, with the weights just remember no pain no gain
just keep pushing more and more
