I did a whole lot of cardio. About 45 minutes 5-6 times a week, that's what! Oh, and I pretty much just eat proteins and veggies.
Additional:
I hit the tredmill!!! I got REALLY sick of it, though (and I still do get sick of it), but it keeps me at my current weight...If I had better access to a pool, I would just do laps every morning, but I can't do that every morning/night!
Eat 4-5 small portioned meals throughout the day, and run five days a week, you can lose 10lbs in a little over a month.
