How does this work?!
Question: If I drink boiled water every day how long will it take to clear my skin? I'm gonna drink about 2-3 to start. Does it really help? And do you have to drink it hot or can you wait untill the water cools down. Thanks, I really need your help on this =)

About 2 years ago I first tried that, you just boil the water in a kettle , wait for the water to cool and then pour it into a bottle and leave them in the fridge to cool. It really helped my skin so much and I lost weight too when I started to drink tons lol! It took about 2/3 weeks for me to notice a difference, after about 6 weeks there was a huge difference. My face was totally clear and healthy looking. 2 years on, i still drink boiled water everyday and my skin so so good:)
