How the hell do I lose 30 pounds ?!?!

Question: Im 5'2'' and 148, BUT i look about 130 which is weird. Im curvy, but i want to be slim. I have boobs (34C) and a REALLY nice booty, which i dont want to loose. BUT i want to be SLIM as in a size 4 with the right curves. Ive been trying so much since 6th grade, when i was 114 and thought i was fat. I am seriously thinking about lipo, with would be about 20,000 bucks >.< My bf is 6'5'' and VERY THIN which makes me want to be thinner, but he loves my body very much, and doesnt want me to change it. How can i lose weight, and stay that way??

I know how you feel. I'm 5'3" and a 34C with a decent booty. It seems like I'm just all curves. I totally envy the way some girls can adjust the amount of "sexiness" in their look just based on the pushup-iness of their bra.
Whenever I lose weight, I tend to lose it in my legs, waist, and breasts. When I look in the mirror at that point, I still feel like a squat ball of curves. I've realized it's just a limitation of my body's bone structure. I've got a short torso and child-bearing hips; I don't have a lithe, willowy torso and narrow hips like some other girls do. And no amount of weight loss or liposuction can change that on my body.
I'm so happy to hear that your boyfriend likes you the way you are. I bet if you asked, he'd say that he wished that he had more muscle on his frame, but he's probably just as destined to have a lean frame as you are to have a curvy one.
Work-outs (aerobics, weightlifting) are a good idea just for general fitness and to avoid that inevitable creeping up into higher weight that middle age brings. What really made me feel tall and powerful was doing really active, ballsy stuff. I took up martial arts classes, grappling, learning to shoot firearms at a gun range, and learning how to ride a motorcycle. When I look in the mirror, I don't really see the curvy sexpot anymore; I see a gutsy spitfire of a woman who can do things, dammit! There's a reason for this bod and it's not just for viewing pleasure. I've still got nice rack, naturally.
I really hope this helps. Good luck to you. Sorry I didn't give you any advice on how to lose weight, but the other people wrote some good stuff.

wow, your boobs must account for a fifth of your weight...
go to a gym and start working out...

If you lose the weight, the boobs and booty are going to shrink up. They are just fat. Check your body mass index online and see how much you are overweight according to your age and height and see if you need to lose any weight.

Well, I was a previous personal trainer...worked out every day and did not budge on the scale. Well, i found the medifast diet and lost 7 pounds within a week. It really worked a miracle for me. 2 months and i've lost 25 pounds and am still loosing. Its safe and was actually recommended to me by my doctor. YOu can read my entire success story at the source listed below. I hope this really helps you.

Simply eat less than the average 2000 calories a day. And don't skip meals, perhaps many small meals throughout the day that are 300 calories or less. Your metabolism will increase if you eat many small meals thus weight loss.

This is an easy one . Diet. It's all about how much and what you put in your mouth. I was diag with diab.last year . Now I stick to 1200 calories a day and no more than 150 carbs. Get a tablet and write down everything that goes in your mouth in a day, the amt of carbs in each serving and the calories.eat three smaller meals (6oz. of meat) and darker veg are best. Have a healthy snack 2 hrs after breakfast and one 2 hrs after lunch. After one week you will notice you are never hungry or having cravings and walk walk walk. I walk on a treatmill 1/2 hr a day and in less than 3 months have lost 40 lbs .. Good Luck !!

Just make small changes and aim to lose around 1-2 pounds every week. I suggest joining weight watchers, because it really helped me and I've lost 20 pounds, and it's more about just like portion control and gradually cutting down calories and cutting out unhealthy things so you can keep the weight off. Fad diets mess with your metabolism so that the moment you go off you gain the weight back and more. Really just try to make sure you eat healthier - more fruits and veggies, fiber, whole grains, and cut out fatty, sugary foods and soda. Also, always look at the serving sizes of things and always eat only one serving size. It's also a good idea to not buy or eat anything with over 300 calories a serving. You don't need to be size 4, really, because in my opinion I think that's a bit too small, just aim on being healthier and feeling good and don't focus on a size that most women can't obtain or you could end up hating your body which is never a good thing.

Hi Glitt3RW,

Females, typically, don't like the way they look --- especially looking at themselves in a full length mirror. Minus the 20 pounds will look good on you from most males viewpoints.

You sound like someone from the "ME" generation. Just a observation.

The number 1, most important thing to do is to start a journal. In that journal you will add everything you eat - all of your exercise (Yes, my friend, you need to exercise). and your emotions (feelings) when you grabbed the munchies.

You aren't going on a diet. DIET is a four letter word. You are going to change your habits - your lifestyle, and the journal is the first, most important step if you are seriosly going to make the commitment.

You will lose 20 pounds. Eat healthy - grab the apple from the pile of fruit you have on the table. Don't bring any munchies into the house and throw out the munchies already there.

Healthy eating, exercise, feelings -- and lastly --- drink lots of water. You probably don't like to drink water if I know my females. To much running into the restroom, right?

Have a 2 liter bottle of water in the fridge that you'll continue to sip on all day long, till night time when it will be empty. Guess what? Fill it up again for tomorrow.

Hope this helps. God bless.

Almost forgot. Do not eat before going to bed. Allow at least 3 hours before retiring.
