According to this calculator, 36 grams is too low. With all the low fat hype people have come to believe that all fats are bad. This isn't true. The body needs fat. Some vitamins need fat in order your body to be able to use them.

I don't know- That seems like a lot to me but I have been on a 15 grams of fat per day or less diet for the past 6 months.
