Question: I am at a healthy weight but i feel like i am always eating and i am always hungry. How do i control my hunger w/o eating slimfast and those other special diet foods?

Chromium can help control cravings. Eating more protein keeps you fuller and satisfied longer. Protein is from lean chicken, fish, red meat, eggs, dairy and nuts and seeds.

You know what? Take this from a girl who people have called her anorexic since she was in middle school, love yourself the way u are. Dont worry about ure weight if ure eating absolutely fine and are healthy. You need to look in the mirror and hug yourself because you are perfectly fine the way u are.

Snack on fruits and vegetables .

Play a mind game with yourself. Let yourself have 6 small meals throughout the day. Chart when you get hungry and then eat one of those small meals. This is not a snack time..it is a meal spread out over the day with lots of fruits and vegetables, nuts, grains..stick-to-your-ribs foods. Do not forget to drink lots of pure water because that makes your brain think you are full as well as for the health benefits.

first of all u shouldnt diet...diets dont work and u have 2 make a life style change...just eat healthy...and eat foodsthatare filling!!!!!! here are sum healthy foods and munchies...and breakfast is the most important mea...if u dont eat it, thats why u are hungry but sont ignore ur hunger, just dont go grabbing chips...

-vegies
-whole grain/wheat breads/pasta/brown rice/oatmeal
-low fat dairy(2% milk, yogurt, low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, low fat cheese)
-lean protein/meats like chicken, turkey, egg whites)
-nuts/seeds...peanut butter is VERY healthy if u eat 2 tablespoons and stay within that limit
-beans



SNACKS

-baked lays chips
-cheesesticks
-100 calorie packs
-breyers double churned(and no added sugar)choclate fudge brownie ice cream
-chocolate peanut butter ricecakes
-frozen fruit with fat free cool whip
-quaker chewy granola bars
-fruit pops
-lean pockets
-chocolate milk
-graham crackers
-vegies and dip
-pretzels and fat free cream cheese
-hummus and pita chips

HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEAS

-oatmeal and a banana
-cereal(watch sugar)...get whole grain cereals
-granola and yogurt
-english muffin and peanut butter
-toast and jelly
-an apple could go along with anything
-scrambled egg whites and low fat or non fat shredded chedder cheese
-whole grain mini bagel and fat free cream cheese
for drinks: milk, chocolate milk, 100% juice(preferably orange)

HEALTHY DINNER IDEAS


-chili
-beef stew
-pasta
-grilled chicken
-fish
-seafood
-turkey
-hamburgers or hotdogs
-potatoes
-corn
-steak
-sandwich
-soup
-quesadillas

munch on carrots, brocolli or an apple.
