Jogging on the spot is great too! Pump up the music and aim to kick your heels back to your bum. It might look funny but its a great work out. As your doing this raise your arms up and down. It makes the heart work faster and can help you burn more calories. I would say do this for 5 minutes slow, then 5 minutes fast then 5 minutes slow again. By going slow then fast can help boost your metabolism. There are heaps of toning exercises for the areas you are after. Try looking on the net for drawings and examples or even youtube. Pilates is great for toning but if you dont want to pay for a class just look up exercises on the net or borrow a pilates book from the library.

Have you tried the body sculpting exercises here: http://www.nowloss.com/body-sculpting.ht...

I have 2 kids and it's hard for me to get out to exercise, I jog on the spot too (usually to music, I have a playlist on my ipod with fast tempo songs). I've toned up a lot from that. You can dance around too, as long as your heart rate is up then it's all good. If you've got stairs they are great for toning your legs.

I found some great exercises on this site:

http://www.abc-of-fitness.com/info/fitne...

Scroll down and you'll see quite a few that don't need equipment. Lunges, squats, crunches (there are lots of types of those for different muscle groups), push ups, tricep dips etc are all great.

Lots of walking / cycling + eat sensibly & no crappy snacking. Shouldn't worry too much at your age anyway.
