dude, you are 15!
First at 15 - you haven't stopped growing. Working out too hard is going to harm you if you do not do it right.
Second - Just because 'they' say it won't harm you, won't mean that 10 years down the road you will read reports that say "OPPS - we screwed up our studies" and find out it did something bad to you. The less stuff you have to put into your body the better. I'm sure your friends are telling you it's cool, but are they 35 and have been taking it since it came out? If not, then they really don't know what will happen from using it.
Third- You are 15! If you REALLY want to cut fat, more cardio - less body building and eat LEAN meats. Turkey - small portions work wonder. Eating 2 pounds of turkey with a side of fries and Cola - with 2 tbsp of mayo on that sandwich - well you might as well just freebase sugar and fat..

Parents aren't there to 'control' you, they are there to keep you from ***** up your life by taking controlled substances. (yes even things sold at stores are controlled substances also).

If it is actually safe, they would sell it next to the vitamins at your local grocery store. Google it as much as you want, and don't believe me - but wait another year or two then google it again and see the results.

Do I have to put a loooooooooooooooooooooooong list of things that were 'miracle' pills that years down the road turned out to be NOT what they advertised.

Yes, listen to your mother.

just do it

haha

Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is not high enough to warrant the use of Proactol. You're 15 right? Here's what you do...

Start running - and I'm not talking about mambee pambee 1 mile crap, I'm talking about working your way up to 6 miles in 1 hour. Don't try to sprint, just chug along at 6 miles per hour or so and cover the distance in an hour. Also, drink at least a gallon of water per day, ice cold if possible. Finally, build the pack under the little layer of fat you do have. When that layer comes off, you have the abs.

Why dont you ask a friend if you can have it sent to their house?

i would suggest trying to find different diet pills that they do sell in stores where you live and choose one from there. i would ask around and do some research to see which is the most effective though. is there a reason why you specifically need proactol? and since your only 15 you shouldnt be taking diet pills anyway. the recommended age is 18. if you really want to burn fat the best way would be to cut the fat and calories while adding more protein to your diet. and of course lots and lots of cardio. i would say 5 days a week for about 45 minutes a day should do if you moniter your diet closely. you should mostly be drinking nothing but water. cut out all sodas and sugar loaded drinks. get plenty of rest at night, 8 hours should be good. hope this helps

I know this isn't what you want to hear but I think you should really listen to your mom.

I hate to break it to you but the only person who cares if you have a 6-pack is you. Is it really worth sneaking around, potentially getting into trouble and totally losing your parent's trust, and taking weird chemicals that might have bad side-effects?

I agree listen to your mother. Certain medicines like that can do harm to your body whether you think so or not. Especially at 15 when your body isn't finished growing yet

It's illegal for you to use it. You're under 18.

Listen to your mom. Diet pills are not made for teenagers. They will do bad things to you (even though their add says, "No known negative side effects")/ When I was 15, I played volleyball for school and I thought if I lost some weight, I'd be able to jump higher. I started sneaking my dad's diet pills. One day in class, about an hour after I took one, my heart started pounding and I felt like my chest was going to explode. I didn't know it was from the pills. I was rushed to the ER and given an EKG and ECG. The doctor accused me of using speed. I had never touched drugs in my life! I was suspended from school for a week and kicked off the v-ball team.

Don't waste your time using pills. Not everyone is able to be thin and have a 6-pack. Be happy with what you've got or try working out more.

First of all, you should not take Proactol if you BMI is below 18.5 so don't do it. You don't want to damage your body.
Also, a weight loss plan should be long term not a quick fix pill. Burning fat is a simple procedure: eat less, exercise more.
Food is the biggest factor. Ever heard the saying "abs are made in the kitchen and not in the gym" ? Working out your abs is very important but working out the muscles won't eliminated the fat on your stomach.
Cut out all processed foods and table sugar. This means no candy, chips, or sodas. Drink only water and eat a lot of fruits and vegetabels. Eat a handful of nuts and seeds and some chicken and fish. Also, never get into drinking alcohol when you get older. You will be guaranteed a beer gut.
Exercise will help you build and tone the muscles but all your hard work will be useless at getting you a six pack without the proper diet.
Pilates is a great exercise for getting a six pack. Doesn't sound very manly, but it works. Swimming and running will help you burn calories, but don't forget about your calorie intake!
