How many calories do I need to burn to loose one pound?!


Question: yes, burn 3500 calories MORE than you take in! (this can be over more than a day, say your goal is to lose a pound, burn 3500 more calories in 2-3 days. (but don't forget, if you just don't eat, you will not lose weight, you will actually gain it!...eat atLEAST 1,500 calories a day, and just workout more. You cannot skim out on food, your body will go into starve mode and not let you burn fat, and actually burn your muscle, making you weaker--true story)
