Lol..that means losing water weight. Go to the sauna and sit there 8 hours =)

whatever your thinking about doing to accomplish this, DONT! that would be very unhealthy and whatever weight you did lose would most be just water weight and the breaking down of your muscle and that is not something you want. burning fat and getting the physique you want is a process that take time a dedication. if you want to lose weight you could start now through diet and exercise but you are not going to get what you want in 8 hours
