5'8" 112lbs?!


Question: right now i wiegh 118lbs and i need to get down to 112 for boxing. im 17yo and in great shape for 118lbs, in fact i bench 175lbs. I want to make sure my diet is healthy and well rounded, their is no point in losing weight to compete if it makes you unhealthy. Right now i snack on fruits, vegetables, cheese, and peanuts. breakfast is a bowl of cereal lunch is a sandwhich with a cup of juice and protien powder and dinner is either fish or chicken breast with a vitamin pill. Am i missing anything, any vitamins?
id also like more food ideas, if i eat any more fish and chicken i might go crazy lol, i need low calorie healthy snack foods and meat. lean meat=good meat

Oatmeal for breakfast instead of cereal. Not the sugary flavored oatmeal...just the plain stuff. Tastes like crap, but it is awesome for fat burning and muscle building diets. Maybe add some chopped nuts for a little additional protein.

That's too small!!!! Eat a sandwich!
