Question: If cows milk comes from the cow then technically the fat in the milk would be considered animal fat.??

it doesnt say on the label that it contains animal fat...

i have been a strict vegetarian for over a year now and only just thought of this...

i have a real question for you.....
how do you get all essential vitamins and minerals while being a "strict" vegetarian?

yeah obviously thats why i dont understand why milk is considered ok to consume. its not good for you and its terribly fattening. i lost a large amount of weight just by cutting out dairy alone. cows milk is for baby cows which are supposed to grow into full size cows-not for human consumption and thats why we are fat

Milk does contain animal fats. Sorry to break it to you, but if you drink milk, you're considered a lacto-vegetarian, not a strict vegetarian / vegan. Do you eat eggs, too? Then you'd be a lacto-ovo-vegetarian.
