I just started a diet?!


Question: i put myself on a diet because i am 180 and im only 5'3" and im 17 so i think it wont be very hard for me to lose weight. I just want to get down to what i use to be (130) i gained a lot of weight because when me and my boyfriend met he worked at McDonalds and we've been together for a year a half but he switched jobs to a grocery store so now i can avoid even looking at McDonald's and i have decided never to eat there again lol. well i gained 50 pounds since we started datin and i would like to shed that 50 pounds...can someone give me some tips...i have been eating salads and stuff...and i am from the South so theres so much good cookin butttttttt its almost all deep fried...ugh...thats really bad for me but oh so good lol. anyways...what foods can i have and cant i have? and how much? oh and what drinks can i have? i really dont like diet sodas they are grose and i want to stop drinkin soft drinks...i really love sweet tea tho...is it ok to have some sweet tea every once in a while?

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins.
