Should I take creatine before a workout?!

Creatine provides that energy for your workout... You know what this means; you need to take it before your workout, but you want it to peak in the middle of your workout so you can get those last reps out at the end. It helps, and you will know when you are able to lift that little extra. It depends on when to take before workout because workout time varies.
Some people do say after, but it does not make sense that your body would need more creatine after a workout. Creatine is converted to ATP; if you remember biology from high school you would know that ATP is energy for you body. If you want to get that energy during the workout wouldn't that benefit you more? You are able to pump out more reps without hurting yourself. When your body is deprived from ATP you end up hurting your cells.

ah you should read the label i took it but that was a couple years ago i would take it 30 mins before my workout.

you can but 30- 45 minutes after will ensure that it gets in your muscles since this is when it growing
