I am hungry, but dont feel like eating. Help Please?!

Question: I just had my mom pull me out of my highschool because she is being a crazy psycho, and I have not been hungry since she did. I did not eat dinner, lunch, and I have not eaten breakfast. I am so angry that I dont feel like eating. My stomach is grumbling, but when I think of food, I get nauseated. Can someone help me please.

SImply you need to eat if you don't your body will start to brake down muscel and you will evantually die, try your favourite food something really nice and smells nice make a really small portion and sit down in front of it and smell it.

As for the angry thing try going for a walk or watch some good comedy to take your mind off it for a while.

Another thing is some hard manual labour till you are bucked it will help, stress relief and if it was productive it may help you get into your mas good books.

I understand how you feel. You must be extremely upset to be affected like that. It is what they say 'Sick to the stomach.'

Try just having some soup first. When you have stop feeling so upset you will eat again.

I reckon this is how 'ulcers are formed' Acids building on a empty stomach.

It is easy for someone else to say. But don't let this issue stop you eating. Ask yourself the question; is it worth suffering like this.

I hope whatever happened is reconciled now. I hope things get better as soon as possible for you.
