I was wondering if any of you people had an eating chart(Monday:Breakfast,lunch,Dinner....e...

i want to lose some weight or utleast convert it to musle.

also is a high BMR good or bad cuz im 13, 15'8 and my brm is 1649.1.

I dont have a chart that I pre-plan what I'll eat each day but I keep a food diary on what I ate/drink, how many calories they were, what time i ate them, notes on how i felt before and after eating/drinking them. It's a good way to know how your body behaves around food. It also helps to track which food causes you to gain water weight or have allergic reaction. And if you have to write down everything you eat, you tend to eat less because you actually KNOW exactly how much you put in your body.
