I wouldn't buy lunch out, if I could help it. Too much sodium, fat, not enough healthy choices.
Make a big pot of soup and bring it in a thermos or a microwavable bowl. Have it with 1/2 baked potato topped with salsa.
Bring a salad of baby lettuce topped with 2-3 0z of grilled chicken
Have a bowl of plain yogurt with frozen berries and a TBL of walnuts

If you must eat out, get turkey on whole grain bread with romaine, spinach, onion, tomato, peppers, etc and mustard.
Get extra veggies and have it with a hot cup of green tea

Bring apples, oranges, bananas etc from home to add to your lunch

Just bring your own lunch, that way you know exactly what you're eating! Otherwise just get a salad with no cheese, no croutons, and no dressing.

A Salad box!

do sndwhich (turkey, ham), salads good option but u state you dont like

I was in the same situation...I went to Wal Mart and bought a lot of Lean Cuisine meals and now bring them to work and heat them up!! They are very good!!! Or, if you most eat out...go to Subway or Quiznoz (Sammies 200 calories). You could also order grilled chicken sandwich at about any fast food place with an ice water!! there are a lot of options! Good Luck!

Why not take a packed lunch ? I don't know if your work has a fridge where you can store lunches or heat up food, but if not there are plenty of things you can take. Soups, breads, fruit, tuna, lean meats, hummous, pasta/bean/ rice salads etc. That way you can control the fat/calorie content of your food and it usually works out cheaper. Once you get into the routine of it, it really doesnt take much time to make and take your own lunch :)

salad

Eat yogurt and a granola bar. Try to get lots of water. The new Life Water works for me.
