close ur eyes n put ur fingers on ur eyes so that ur eyes completely hide n start sayin om as long as u can do that
n concentrate only on om

  • Study well and take breaks sometimes and watch your favourite programs or a good talk with your frnd you like. This generally releases stress and make you enegrized to study more..

    do some yoga, pranayam and abt 15 min sleep!

    If you like yoga and meditation. Please try one of it. That really helps

    Personally I love some good hard cardio. Bsic compound lifts help with aggression and tensiobn release(bench, squats, deadlifts) Yoga I hear is relaxing...usually your local gym has classes free to members

    I've always found excellent stress relief in smashing vehicles that are about to be crushed in a salvage yard.
    Also found good stress relief in a good game of paintball.
    Problem is, not everyone has that kind of relief availble.

    Study well but don't be afraid to take breaks, spend time with friends, do something to get your mind off your work so when you come back, your refreshed, ready to study again.

    nothing..., Stay alone for time till ur mind gets solved for thinking.., If u do like this., u will be free for atleast a week with out any tensions and stress in ur mind...,

    You don't require exercises which will tire you further & make you sleep more , reducing your precious study period. Use PROZAC capsules which generate more & more confidence & eliminate nervousness. Do not do any yoga unless it is recommended by a great expert medical doctor as it doesn't suit to all. While doing any yoga , the white filaments holding red fibres of flesh break, creating unbearable pain which takes months to recover to normal.
    Take warm milk with honey & glucose dissolved in that before starting studies. Take more fried food to get extra energy.
