What is a good workout?!


Question: I have just started a new track season and I am out of shape. I also want to build some arm strength. What are some free workouts that I can do when the weather's bad? For track we work on our back, legs, and abs. I don't have any expensive equipment like a treadmill.

Walking and running 5 times a week is the best work out.I find that most exercises make you loose weight in areas you don't want like yout butt!

Denise Auatin's Daily Workout, Mon-Fri on Lifetime at 7:00am i do that every morning. hope this helps!!

Swimming is by far the most complete workout. I run everyday and while running is amazing in its benefits, swimming will work your whole body without impact stresses

walking is a best excercise!
go for walk for 30 mins !
or do aerobics !
