Congrats on trying to be a better you.

It does not matter as long as you do not eat within 2-3 hours of sleep.

It doesn't matter. The old stop eating before a certain time thing is a myth.

Yeh you shouln't eat after seven in order to give your food time to digest before u sleep. good luck with toneing up, im doing the same at the moment its soo hard, esp dieting! x

well its not good to eat a lot late at night because your body stores the fats instead of burning them because your inactive at night. thats why ur supose to eat a good breakfest

We always eat late ..7:30 as no one gets home in time to eat earlier. Just eat your regular time and you should be fine. Good luck dieting and at the gym...just keep thinking how good you'll look at the beach this summer.

Your body has this amazing fantastic unbelievable and foolproof system for when to eat.

When you are hungry. It has worked for thousands of years, trust it.

eat every 3-4 hours up until the time that you go to sleep. the bodies requirements for nutrients and calories does not change just because it's "x" time of night. those that preach about not eating after "x" time of night have no true knowledge of human biology or of how energy system work in the human body. if you stop eating at 7pm and don't eat again until 7 am that's 12 hours that you body has gone with out food. starving the body for 50% of the day is not how you get lean and preserve muscle mass it's counter productive to the process. at night the food selections need to be carb free and low calorie. lean proteins, veggies and some healthy fats are what you should be consuming late at night when the level of activity is at it's lowest.

Like Vincent said.........as long as you eat at least 2-3 hours before bed....there's really no certain time. I usually eat at least 4 hours before going to bed.
