Water retention is the reason why you may look bloated. The main reason you may feel that way is lack of hydration and high sodium intake. Make sure you drink a lot of water and stay aways from salty foods, specifically chips and salty snacks, fast food, fried food, chinese or other oily asian foods, pizza, etc.

anything with sugar is bad

Pretty much anything enjoyable.

Eat a low fat diet and you should get a flat stomach

stay away from soda, chips(you can eat baked),cookies, and fast food...If you feel like eating out,go to subway..and drink atleast 8 cups of water a day.and situps

Liquid diet(alcohol)!!!

Well im also 18 and i weighed 127 after i had my daughter but now im down to 110 and i took some green tea pills because they say its the best for your body, also you MUST avoid carbs, carbs are the key to fat, such *** whole bread, pasta and etc. Also go light on the sugar's, they aren't your best friend lol. But you should work out too it would help you lose weight or just have a flat stomach so much faster. I dropped 17 pounds in 2months!!! Good luck!

Eat well. Don't crash diet as your body holds onto the fat as it thinks it isn't getting anymore for a while.

non-complex carbs/sugars...bummer (I know)

Luvgoldns!

If you're looking to lose weight in general, more fruits and veggies than anything. Breads should be whole grains and high in fiber. Avoid foods with added sugar. And definitely keep hydrated. Cardio work outs are the best way to go as far as burning fat, but don't forget some strength training to keep your muscles strong. Muscle helps keep the metabolism up and burn more calories, so feed your muscles as well with lean protein like white meat chicken and turkey or fish.

If you just wanna get rid of some bloat, avoid starchy carbs for a few days, and providing you are not lactose intolerant, eat/drinky plenty of dairy like fat free milk, yogurt, and eggs. (i like to hardboil some eggs and only eat the eggwhite, the yolk has too much fat in it for me, but it does have a lot of health benfits)

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
