I have a fitness situation. Encouragement wanted?!

Question: I have been struggling with my weight for most of my life. But I've been ok with it because I've always been relatively active.
Last year, I made a commitment to be active and to make better choices when I cook/eat. I did that for 9 months and I don't think I went many days without going to the gym or walking.

Well...I recently moved to my apartment (early 2008) and I have been really busy at work and I rarely eat right and exercise at all. I have been so disappointed in myself for letting myself down essentially and I'm just looking for some motivation.

I lost SOME weight last year, but I have since lost ground. I'm a little ashamed of that, because I worked so hard last year. Even when I didn't lose weight, I looked forward to exercising because of the energy.

How do I get back in the proper mindset of motivation for myself to meet my previously set fitness goals?

Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at
http://they-fit.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.
