What's wrong with my diet?!

Question: please tell me what i should change about my diet so i can lose 10 pounds quickly and keep it off. I already do gymnastics 3 hours everyday and exercise a lot. But anyways, here's what i eat:

Breakfast: organic cheerios w/ fat free milk, water
Lunch: Apple, yogurt, and maybe a banana or small salad, water
Dinner: some kind of meat, veggie, and rice or pasta, milk or water

i don't really have time to eat several meals throughout the day because of school... so yeah please help me!

Looks like a great diet to me. You might restrict what kind of meats you're eating at dinner to fish or skinless chicken. You might also cut out the pasta/rice as they are relatively high in complex carbohydrates. Replace them with pasta made from vegetables rather than dough. I think i've seen zucchinni noodles for that purpose, for example.

Another thing is to have oatmeal for breakfast (not out of the small packets, out of the big old fashioned quaker oats container). The oats help you lower your cholesterol intake and have the added benefit of making you feel full for longer cutting down on the desire to snack... of course gymnastics + oatmeal can be a bit unsettling till your body gets used to that kind of regular fiber.

ok i think ur diet is great and that your finding ways to keep off the wieght a healthy meet that u could eat that is very lean is me (turkey)

from what it seems your doing a great job ..the only thing i can suggest is watching your calories if you want to lose weight ..your diet and exercise seems fine to me..keep up the good work

if you continue with that pattern you will lose weight, what your doing is really good, but weight doesnt come off that fast, so be patient.

it amy sound weird BUT U NEED MORE FOOD! it sounds to me that u dont get enough so ur body is holing on to anything it can get!!! u need more calories or food!
