Will i be more toner by the summer?!


Question: Will i be toner for the summer? I'm 15, 145 pounds & 5'6.

i just started to hit the gym with my sister, and i do carido for an hour (two different machines)
I go to yoga class once a week at the gym. And i try to walk home from school(35 minute walk, with a big hill to go up on)


I trying to eat healthy also, i really really want to look 'toner and tighter' so i can wear a binkini and not feel really fat around everyone.

Do you think i will make it? Will i look good?

Exercising is a great way to keep your body fit, and perhaps even lose weight. However, to tone your body you must include strength training in your fitness regime. This will give your body definition and make it more tone.

just dont go home and snack on unhealthy stuff.

Keep doing the cardio to lose body fat but strength train also!! I find that anything done on the exercise ball is 100% effective and it kicks your butt into shape!
